Eisai tasked HLW with designing their new headquarters at ON3, a New Jersey corporate and biotech campus. The 15-story, 350,000-square-foot office emphasizes employee well-being, collaboration, and innovation. brandx developed a comprehensive signage system for Eisai, focusing on aesthetic harmony with the office’s interior design. Among the 1,600 signs, many adopt a consistent black hue to match the baseboards, hardware, and architectural details.

Typography on the signs blends code-compliant sans serif with Eisai’s branded serif font, maintaining brand consistency. Dimensional lettering for specific destinations within the office combines a sense of weightiness and subtlety, aligning with the brand without overpowering the space. Brandx also created a unique library of icons and illustrations for the office, and Eisai's brand mark was intricately integrated into the glass film banding. This meticulous approach results in a signage system that is both visually striking and in sync with Eisai's architectural aesthetics and brand values.
