Morgan Stanley enlisted our team to undertake a comprehensive renovation of its offices at One New York Plaza, aligning with the company's innovative Workplace Evolution model. Spanning 270,000 square feet across eight floors, the project incorporates open-plan, unassigned office areas, conference rooms, training rooms, and locker areas. Additionally, the entire third floor is dedicated to amenities. We worked to enhance Morgan Stanley's visual identity by developing comprehensive signage standards and guidelines. This included the implementation of a wide range of solutions, like room signage, 3D lettering, glass film applications, art curation and digital creation, as well as Fitwel and LEED signage to highlight the firm's commitment to sustainability and employee well-being. This project served as an exciting milestone for brandx as it marked one of the first instances where the team was able to showcase its complete suite of offerings.
